Final Sale: All curated experiences and activity kits are considered final sale to ensure the quality of materials and floral prep.
Credit & Transfers: While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to redeem the cost of your booking as a credit toward a future date or allow you to transfer the reservation to a friend.
The 3-Day Rule: Any changes made within 72 hours of your event will incur a fee to cover the cost of the artisanal charcuterie boxes and fresh floral stems, as these orders are placed in advance.

The Alternate Sanctuary: At the time of booking, we ask that you provide a back-up indoor location (such as a living room or covered patio) in case of inclement weather.
Rescheduling for Rain: If no indoor space is available, we will do our best to reschedule your outdoor experience to a rain date based on our current availability.
Client Responsibility: The Peaceful Host is not responsible for selecting the back-up location or for weather conditions beyond our control.

BYOB Styling: The Peaceful Host provides high-end glassware, ice buckets, and styling, but we do not provide, sell, or serve alcohol.
Assumption of Risk: Guests who choose to provide and consume their own beverages do so at their own risk.
Legal Compliance: All local and state laws regarding consumption must be followed by the client and their guests.

Property Care: We provide luxury textiles, vintage rugs, and custom low-profile tables for your enjoyment; we kindly ask that these items are treated with care.
Damage & Loss: The client is responsible for the cost of professional cleaning or replacement if significant damage, deep staining, or loss occurs to the equipment.
The Invisible Reset: Please note that while I handle the post-event cleanup as part of my proprietary service, all original equipment must remain on-site.

Capturing the Moment: We reserve the right to take photographs of the setup and event for promotional use on our website and social media.
Privacy Preference: If you or your guests prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
